Pricing Policies

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Is it possible to make changes to an existing order? If your order is still being processed, then yes! Please email us at orders@under3essentials.com ASAP! We are here to help you with your order from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Unfortunately, if you have already received a shipping conformation, it's too late. Gift-wrap Service

We gift wrap all purchases with our under3 essential signature wrapping!!! If you would prefer items to come wrap-free, please leave that information in the comments box. You are asked at checkout to include a gift message if you desire. This message will be personally placed on a gift card for you included with the gift.

How to Purchase a Gift Certificate

To purchase a gift certificate online, just click on one of the gift certificate selections to purchase. Gift certificates are available in denominations of $25, $50, $100, $150 or $200 etc. The gift certificate can be mailed to you or directly to the recipient of choice.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in the state of New York. The rate of sales tax for New York residents is 8.625%. New York state law requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the merchandise total plus any gift-wrapping charges.

Shipping Information

Shipping Policies & Options

What are my shipping options? Most merchandise is shipped domestically via UPS Ground or USPS, and each order is fully insured and tracked. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday only and exclude all Holidays. If you need an order Express Mailed please contact via e-mail, orders@under3essentials.com.

*Please note that Express Mail orders must be placed by NOON (12pm) Eastern Standard Time to be shipped the same business day. Please note that all orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped the following day. We know how excited mamas are to get their under3 essentials products so we do our best to ship same day for all orders! Express Mail rates will be determined at the time of purchase, and will be charged accordingly.

Do you ship to Alaska/Hawaii?

Yes, all shipments to Alaska/Hawaii will incur a $1 surcharge and will be sent Priority Mail and charged accordingly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Oversized orders and orders to HI or AK may be charged additional shipping fees.

Items ordered will ship as ready and may not arrive together.

All damages in shipping must be noted at delivery and reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Damaged or defective items will be repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may visit www.usps.com and enter your tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

under3 essentials Return & Exchange Policy

Returns: Don't like it? Not what you expected? No problem, just send it back! You may return most unopened product in new condition within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping charges, or in exchange for another product. Between 15 and 30 days you will receive a store credit. After 30 days all sales are final.  Gift certificates are valid 6 months from the date of purchase. Of course, we will gladly pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

If you exchange and then decide to return the exchanged item this still needs to be within the 15 days of original purchase. Please note that there is a 15% re-stocking fee on specified items.

If the item is in used condition we cannot accept it for an exchange or refund and will send it back to you. The returned product must be in new and unused condition and in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means saleable condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot issue refunds for an item with any indications that it has been used. This includes, but is not limited to, furniture items requiring assembly that have been assembled and unsealed videos, DVDs and CDs. Additionally, personalized items and personal care items.

Simply e-mail returns@under3essentials.com to obtain a return authorization number. When you e-mail your return authorization request please be sure to include your name, telephone number, order number, items you are returning, and reason for return. Our Customer Care Department will email you a return authorization number within 48 hours. This return authorization number must be noted on both the outside of your return package and the packing slip included with your order. This packing slip, with return authorization number noted, must be included with your return or exchange in order to receive either a refund or exchange. Simply address the package as follows:

Your return authorization number must be noted on the outside of the return package. Packages without a return authorization number will be refused.

Non-returnable items include products noted as non-returnable on our website (check the product description), personalized products, footwear that has been worn, and seasonal merchandise. Damaged or defective items, including personalized products and seasonal merchandise will be replaced. Damaged and/or defective merchandise should be reported to our Customer Care department as soon as possible.

If the item you would like to return was a gift we will exchange it or issue a shop credit for future use. If for some reason your shipment is defective or damaged, we will send replacement products (if available) right away. If replacement products are not available we will issue a refund or shop credit, as noted above.

If you received free shipping with your order ($300 or over) under3essentials.com will deduct actual shipping charges from your return total. Oversized items that are returned will have actual shipping charges deducted from refunds.

Refused Shipments

Customers who refuse to accept delivery of confirmed and shipped orders are liable for a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Non-returnable items in a refused order will not be accepted upon return to under3essentials.com. These orders will be sent back to the customer unopened.
